On Tuesday October 9, 2018, a delegation from Asharqia Young Businesswomen Council and the Committee of Women's Centers visited event "The Eastern Region is Pink," which was organized by Saudi Cancer Foundation under the motto "Cut the doubt with photograph," that to raise awareness about breast cancer. The event took place at the Al-Rashid Mall.
During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the most prominent events that are under way that to achieve a number of objectives, including, awareness of the disease and its symptoms, providing information and means necessary to protect against the causes of the disease, in addition to providing advice and correct methods to deal with the sick conditions.
The delegation expressed its admiration for the remarkable progress in the campaign's objectives and activities, and the success of the campaign through those involved in attracting the target and convince them of the need for periodic health follow-up to protect them from any symptoms.
